A Basecamp full of to-dos triaged, answered and drafted every hour
Dozens of open to-dos, comments and questions lived in the client's Basecamp with no owner on the agency side. Now every to-do is read within the hour, classified, and either done, answered with evidence or drafted for a person to send.

The problem
The publisher ran its business in Basecamp: banner bookings, plugin questions, SEO requests, recurring chores, security worries. Items were assigned to the agency in five different lists and comments arrived at all hours. Answering them meant reading everything, every day, and the questions that needed a business decision blocked the ones that were plain engineering.
What the team did
Hunter mirrors every to-do assigned to the agency and every item in the watched lists, and a webhook brings comments in as they happen. Vera classifies each one: engineering, content, business or unclear.
Engineering items go to the Engineer, which investigates on the live server, applies what it may and proposes the rest. Questions that need a business decision are answered with what the agents can and cannot confirm automatically, and the reply is drafted for a person to post. Nothing is ever posted to the client's Basecamp by an agent.
