Swiss Commerce operates the Agentic Dashboard, a managed service in which AI agents collect, verify and publish information for each client into that client's private dashboard.
What we collect
When you sign in with Google we receive your name, email address and profile picture, used only to identify you and grant access to the organizations you belong to. When a client connects a Google Analytics, Search Console or Pipedrive account, we store the access token encrypted and read only the data needed to produce that client's reports; we never write to those accounts.
How we use it
To run the service for the client organization you belong to, to meter usage per client, and to keep an audit trail of what each AI agent read and wrote. Data belonging to one client is never visible to another client and is never used to train models.
Google user data
Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Analytics and Search Console data is read solely to produce reports inside the client's own dashboard and is not shared with anyone else.
Retention and deletion
Tokens are deleted immediately when a client disconnects an account or asks us to. Client data is deleted when the client relationship ends.
